At EPL Appliance Repairs, our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers is of paramount importance. We take great pride in our repair and maintenance services and stand behind the quality of the work we do. To formalize our commitment to you, we have established a comprehensive warranty policy that covers the repair services we provide and the spare parts we replace. This policy aims to ensure that you can confidently rely on us for your repair and maintenance needs, while also outlining the terms and conditions of our warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions: 

A. Non-Identical Part Faults: If, during the warranty period, you encounter the same issue that was initially addressed by us, and no spare parts were replaced during the prior repair job, we will provide our expert services. However, we kindly ask you to understand that in such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of the spare parts and any additional labor charges. This provision helps ensure that our valued customers continue to receive the most competitive and transparent pricing for our services.

B. New Issues Arising: In cases where new issues unrelated to the initial repair work or previously replaced parts occur for only and only the same appliance within one month of our first attendance,  we will be happy to help you. While we won't charge you for the service call-out fee. Therefore, just the labour fee and parts will be charged to address these new issues. Our aim is to offer you a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for all your appliance and equipment repair needs.

C. Outlines the exclusions and limitations of your warranty. This could include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

D. Warranty Duration: We are pleased to offer a warranty of three months on spare parts replaced by us as part of any job. This warranty period commences from the completion of the initial repair service. We assure you that our spare parts are of the highest quality and craftsmanship.

E. Re-Attendance for Identical Part Faults: In the rare event that the identical part we previously replaced shows any faults within the warranty period,  we will promptly and without charge send our dedicated service team to assist you. Our commitment to your satisfaction remains steadfast, and we will rectify any issues related to the previously replaced parts with diligence and care.
